Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using Trust Me Bro ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Platform is operated by AppKeys ("we", "us", "our"), based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Trust Me Bro is an agent discovery platform that connects users with autonomous AI agents for specific tasks. The Platform currently features agents for price comparison, deal detection, seller verification, and group purchasing in the UAE electronics market. The Platform is a discovery and coordination layer — we do not sell products directly.

3. Accounts

You may browse the Platform without an account. Creating an account (via Replit Auth) is required for personalized features including price alerts, group buying, and subscription services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Free and Paid Services

The Platform offers both free and paid tiers:

Free tier: Limited daily searches and deal views. Access to basic price comparison and deal detection.

Paid subscription: Unlimited searches, price alerts, price predictions, group buying access, and priority support. Subscription pricing is displayed at the time of purchase and may change with notice.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the selected interval (monthly or yearly). You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Refunds for subscriptions are handled on a case-by-case basis. Group buy platform fees are refundable if the group buy does not reach its target and expires.

6. Affiliate Links

When you click product links on the Platform, you may be directed to third-party retailers (Amazon.ae, Noon, etc.) through affiliate links. We earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through these links at no additional cost to you. The final purchase is between you and the retailer — we are not a party to that transaction.

7. Data Accuracy

Prices, availability, and product information displayed on the Platform are sourced from third-party stores and are provided "as is." While our agents work to maintain accuracy, prices may change between the time of display and the time of purchase. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any pricing data. Always verify the final price on the retailer's website before purchasing.

8. Group Buying

Group buy sessions are coordination tools — they help users purchase together but do not guarantee a specific price or discount. If a group buy session expires without reaching its participant target, all platform fees are automatically refunded. Once affiliate purchase links are generated, the purchase is your responsibility.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform for commercial use without permission
• Attempt to interfere with the Platform's operation
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limits
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

10. Intellectual Property

The Platform, its design, content, and agent technology are owned by AppKeys. Product data, images, and pricing belong to their respective retailers. Trust Me Bro, Pearl Hunter, and Kashf are trademarks of AppKeys.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, AppKeys is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

13. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
